About Aura Glitch
The Spark That Started It All
From an early age, I was captivated by how things worked. I spent countless Saturdays dismantling cordless phones, utterly fascinated by the intricate dance of wires, transistors, and circuits hidden within. While I never quite mastered the art of putting them back together, the process ignited a lifelong passion for problem-solving—one that would shape my entire journey.
At 12 years old, a pivotal moment occurred: my dad handed me the HTML 1.0 Specification. At the time, I had no idea that this simple gesture would alter the course of my life. With curiosity and an insatiable hunger to learn, I dove headfirst into coding. By the time I was 16, I had launched my first web design company, Finishing Touch Web Design—a venture I co-founded with my mom when I was still a minor.
My first website? Far from perfect. It lacked a polished design, smooth navigation, and intuitive flow. But that didn’t matter. What mattered was the feeling of building something real. That feeling became tangible when I landed my first paid project—a website for a gym in Temecula, CA. It wasn’t just about designing a site; it was my first taste of entrepreneurship, where creativity met real-world application.
A Mind for Innovation
Temecula Valley High School became my testing ground for innovation. In Graphic Design class, under the direction of Mike Verkouteren, I collaborated with classmates on a project that, in hindsight, was an early version of Google Street View. Using a 35mm digital camera and Apple QuickTime VR Studio, we developed a virtual tour of our campus, pioneering immersive experiences before they became mainstream.
By my junior year, my aspirations soared beyond the digital realm. I became fascinated with aviation, setting my sights on the F-22 Raptor, a marvel of engineering newly integrated into the U.S. Air Force fleet. Though my path ultimately led me to work on its legendary predecessor, the F-15E Strike Eagle, the experience was no less transformative.
Bridging Creativity and Technology
While serving in the U.S. Air Force, I refused to let my creativity stagnate. Between missions and training, I continued designing websites and graphics for businesses, seamlessly blending my technical skills with artistry. The discipline and problem-solving mindset I cultivated during my service became invaluable assets that would later define my career.
Returning to California after my military service, I took a role at Lost Canyons Golf Course, working in Outside Services. While some might see this as an unexpected detour, it became a masterclass in customer service. I interacted daily with high-profile clientele, from celebrities to business moguls, honing my ability to understand people, anticipate needs, and craft exceptional experiences.
The Driving Force Behind It All
Throughout my career, one passion has remained constant: building solutions to complex challenges—solutions that don’t just work but create meaningful impact.
I thrive at the intersection of intuition, technology, and strategy, identifying the right tools, innovations, and approaches to propel businesses forward. Whether through design, problem-solving, or future-focused technology, my mission has always been to build, refine, and elevate.
